Answer Accuracy
Answer Accuracy asks whether a claim in an AI answer matches a fact a person has approved. A confidence score is not that approval.

Approve the facts first
OverviewTold correctly
AI answersTruth
- On Overview, open Told correctly and choose Add your prices and rules.
- Enter the fact you need the engines to get right: a price, a fee, hours, a policy or a contact detail.
- A person approves or rejects it. Until then it is not the company position.
- Open AI answers → Truth and compare a claim in an answer with the approved fact.
How to read the outcome
| Outcome | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Correct | The claim matches the approved fact. |
| Wrong | The claim contradicts the approved fact. |
| Outdated | The claim matched an older approved fact and the current one differs. |
| Unverifiable | There is no approved fact to compare, or the sentence is too free-form to check. |
What to do next
A wrong or outdated claim is a reason to open To do. The comparison itself does not close the issue. A later measurement has to show the corrected claim, and a target-URL fix is resolved only when that URL is cited.
What this does not prove
- A model confidence score is not human approval.
- An approved fact is not a published page.
- A correct comparison does not prove a citation.
