Answer Accuracy
Answer Accuracy asks whether a claim in an AI answer matches a fact a person at your company has approved.
Last updated 7 October 2026
What you'll do
- Approve the facts that define price, fees, hours, policy and contact details.
- Compare a claim in an answer with those facts.
- Treat unmatched free-form claims as unverifiable until a person can check them.
Verified facts
Basiro can propose a fact from your website or from an approved document. Until a person approves it, it is not the company position. A model confidence score is not that approval.
What can be compared
Useful checks include a price, a fee, opening hours, a policy and a contact detail. The outcome can be correct, wrong, outdated or unverifiable.
Not every free-form sentence in an answer can be perfectly verified. If there is no approved fact to compare, Basiro should not invent one.
What the result means
You can see which claims disagree with approved facts. You still need a later measurement before calling a correction resolved.
Important distinctions
- Regulated categories should send changes through your own compliance review. Basiro does not invent a missing price or policy.
