Who we are
Basiro is built and sold by Oryx Data Incubator Ltd, a company registered in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), United Arab Emirates. Contact: [email protected].

A daily job deletes expired data. We never sell data, and the regional index uses only anonymous counts, published only when at least eight brands from eight companies are in a figure.
How it is protected
- Tokens for connected services encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)
- API keys stored only as hashes and shown once
- Roles for owners, admins, members and viewers; an audit log of changes
- Single sign-on with SAML or OIDC on Enterprise
- Rate limits on every public endpoint
- Safe fetching that never reaches internal addresses
- Text read from websites and documents is treated as data, never as instructions to the AI
Which AI models we use
Basiro measures what ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode say, through their official services. The website assistant and page design use Anthropic's Claude through its API; the model is configuration, not code, and can change where a customer requires it. Nothing goes on your site without your approval.

Where does Basiro keep customer data and is it GDPR and KVKK ready?
Retention is fixed by data type (chats 180 days, leads 365 days, bookings 730 days) and deleted automatically. We sign a data processing agreement and answer security questionnaires on request; write to [email protected].
